A chapter addressing the most common objections to restorative approaches for campus sexual misconduct and what fairness actually requires.

"Beyond Investigations: Emerging Strategies for Resolving Civil Rights Complaints through Informal Resolution" (with Carrie Landrum, Aley Menon, and Patricia Petrowski) National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) Annual Conference, 2026. How campuses can resolve civil rights complaints outside the formal investigation track written for the attorneys and administrators who have to make informal resolution work in practice.
